I have always strived to manage using the “middle way” approach, listening to my employees, asking them questions, and ensuring that they feel valued and supported. I have found great success by managing in these ways and I encourage others to employ this type of management. Both under-managers and micromanagers do not take advantage of their employee’s potential and make it more challenging to find success.
